Organisation
pbz is a family-run, medium-sized company with headquarters in Essen, branch offices in Hamburg and Düsseldorf and partner offices throughout Germany. Currently organised into three divisions and 18 departments, our interdisciplinary teams offer all the necessary services for every project and requirement.

Team and employees
Over 100 experts work for us. These include architects, landscape planners, civil engineers, structural engineers and technicians, construction and project managers, controllers, draughtsmen, geographers, IT specialists, lawyers, surveyors and canvassers. Regardless of their role, every employee is an equally important building block for the successful realisation of our projects - whether at reception, on the construction site, at the negotiating table or at the drawing board.
